How do I submit a request?

There are two ways to submit a request to Wisetiger via SupportPath

Method 1

The first way to submit a request is by email.  Simply email supportpath@wisetiger.co.uk with your request and we will do the rest!  The subject line of your email will become the title of the request.

You will receive an email notification that a ticket with the details of your request has been created.  You can then log into SupportPath to track the ticket.

Method 2

The second way to submit a request is by logging in to SupportPath and following the three steps below.  By following these steps, you will be able to give us more information about your request, such as what type of request you are making and how urgent the request is.

Step 1

Once you have logged in, you will see your homepage.  From there, you need to click on the Submit a Request link, as shown below.

Step 2

Then you will be able to fill in the fields to tell us about your request, as shown below.  Type a subject for the request, tell us what type of request it is, optionally choose a priority level, and then fill in the description.  You can also attach a file if it’s relevant to your request.  The more information you can give us, the better.

If you select a priority level, please use the Site Management Response Times on the right as a reminder of response times and target scheduling times.

Step 3

Once you have filled in all relevant and required fields, click Submit.

A ticket will be created with the details of your request, as shown below.  You have now been taken to the Check Your Existing Requests section of SupportPath and, as you can see, the user Road Runner has made just one request so far.

You will also receive an email notification to let you know that a ticket with the details of your request has been created, as shown below.

You will also receive an email notification to let you know when your request has been assigned to one of our Agents.

If you click on the title of a ticket you have created when you are in the Check Your Existing Requests section of SupportPath, you will be taken to the page for the individual request, as shown below.  From there, you can see your original message, any other comments that have been added, and you will be able to make further comments.
