What are your standard response and completion times?

This depends on the priority of your request.  We have standard target response times for each priority.

  • If your request is urgent (eg your website is not working and cannot be accessed), you can expect to hear from someone at WiseTiger within 2 hours.  We will do what we can to complete your request within 5 hours.
  • If your request is high priority (eg an important change that is key to business operations), you can expect to hear from someone at WiseTiger within 24 hours.  We will do what we can to complete your request within 4 days.
  • If your request is normal priority (eg a business requirement that is not urgent), you can expect to hear from someone at WiseTiger within 48 hours.  We will do what we can to complete your request within 10 days.
  • If your request is low priority (eg something that is not urgent and does not affect performance of business operations), you can expect to hear from someone at WiseTiger within 48 hours.  We will complete your request as soon as your contract hours allow.
