Essential Server Maintenance planned for 12 October - 15 minutes of downtime expected.

Dear WiseTiger Customers,

We have scheduled some essential server maintenance on Wednesday 12th October 2011 starting at 6pm (GMT).

We anticipate no more than 15 minutes of downtime for this maintenance session. During this brief downtime period all of our services will be temporarily unavailable. These services include Email, Websites and Giraffemail Email Marketing.

All services should resume again after the 15 minute period. In the case of email, no email will be lost during this time but will resume being sent/delivered once the services are back online.

This planned maintenance has been scheduled out of office hours to minimise any impact this scheduled downtime will have.
