Please be aware that we have a planned maintenance outage scheduled during the morning of Wednesday 3rd October from 10am to 12.00pm BST. During this time you will not be able to access or use Giraffemail or schedule any campaigns to go out during this time. The service outage has been scheduled at the time of lowest activity to minimise disruption to your ability to send campaigns.

The maintenance outage is to complete security updates, bug fixes and performance updates.
