12:54pm The service has been resumed after resolving a physical problem with the server & running a full test. We apologise for any inconvenience caused to our customers.
The service was resumed within a very short time-scale & within the service level agreement of the hosted service. Prior to this incident the service had been up and running for 634 days without incident.
