Christmas and New Year support times

Our office is closed on 25th December and re-opens on the 2nd of January.

Urgent support requests related to websites down or hosting issues will be dealt with during this time.

In any case, our servers are monitored so we will be aware of any unexpected issues and these will be resolved within our hosting SLAs.

Any non-urgent support requests will be reviewed on 2nd January.
